Abstract

Collaboration within a research institute is often hindered by diverse organisational obstacles such as physically separated work locations, remote work, unconnected projects or cases where colleagues are unfamiliar with each other's areas of expertise. Here, to tackle these obstacles, we describe a process for creating a research institute knowledge graph for internal organisation, to accommodate its members needs and to foster collaborations. We create such a knowledge graph from public and internal resources and demonstrate its benefits via use cases and access methods.
